Add it to your home screen
- Open sistercircleto.com/app on your phone.
- Tap the Share button, then “Add to Home Screen.”
- That's it — no app store, no download, no account.
Log your first period
- Open the app and tap “Log today.”
- Choose whether your period started or is ongoing, pick your flow, add any symptoms.
- Tap Done. Use the Calendar tab to log past days and build your history.
Your data, your device
Everything you log is stored only on your device — never on a server. That's what keeps it private. It also means that if you delete the app or clear your browser data, your history is gone for good. You can back it up anytime from Settings.
